According to the Company's unaudited financial report, SJSC "Latvijas autoceļu uzturētājs" generated turnover of EUR 97.1 million in 2025, while profit increased to EUR 7.7 million.
“Over the past years we have systematically improved operational efficiency and developed new business areas. The 2025 results confirm stable growth and the ability to compete in market conditions, while ensuring maintenance and development of strategically important national infrastructure,” says Chairman of the Board Vilnis Vitkovskis.
In 2025, 49.7% of the Company’s revenue was generated from road maintenance, while 46.3% came from construction projects. This revenue structure provides a balanced operating model and a stable revenue base. The Company’s EBITDA margin in 2025 was 14.7%.
LAU operates under free market conditions, participating in public procurement tenders and competing with other industry companies. The Company does not receive state budget funding for its commercial operations, and its financial results are based on the execution of commercial contracts and operational efficiency.
The Company continues to develop competencies in civil and defence infrastructure projects, expanding its business lines and strengthening long-term competitiveness.
